Baymont by Wyndham Louisville East

The lady up front I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. She's was very kind and courteous to me, my wife and my 11-month-old son. Because it was cold out we had to get my son dressed before we could go down and have breakfast and we were 7 minutes late. She went out of her way. Got the cereal and the milk. Some muffins out of the closet to make sure my family ate before we hit the road. For that I can't thank you enough. It's the little things like that. I mean the most to us when we're traveling.

Punctual staff, big rooms, good price with a decent location. This is the hotel I always stay in if I can when I need a room in Louisville, would easily recommend.

The morning staff was very friendly they work with us on the deposit they were very helpful with the location was perfect the pool area was clean and it was quiet and except for a few people running down the hall this is the best Baymont in Louisville Kentucky I've stayed at the one in Brooks and they're a little shady and the one on Fern valley is running it's falling apart they don't do nothing to fix it you go into the rooms and it doesn't have all the amenities that it talks about phones don't work lights don't work beds are dirty it's just falling apart I wish somebody would do something about that but as far as this Baymont on off of hurstbourne it is great I would recommend staying there

How nice and smiling the desk workers are . And accommodating they have been wish every hotel I was ever at was more like these people here at the Baymont inn suites
